Caeres Autier Givault is the current reigning Queen of Cetroia. She is Mona's mother, the daughter of two Nageon immigrants and was a concert pianist. Now she is a bitter, cruel and controlling woman who throws her weight in parliamentary matters too far and has systematically removed Mona's influence as next reigning monarch of Cetroia. There are rumours she and her brother in law killed her husband, King Rhymonde.
