Kismet Hallic is the younger sister of Duke Cherish Hallic and a confident young woman of 21. She's a lesbian and a magician, both of which she's being pursued for by the Selluecian church of her own country. It's a secret amongst the Hallic's that their daughter is a witch, a hemomancer to the Cetresians but an abomination to the Sellueccians who have caught onto the scent blood. She's now chasing the blue coat of a mute knight who she claims saved her years ago but who is literally unresponsive, and protecting her older brother who insists he needs no such thing.
