Tannen is the seventh Prince of the Patalinean Empire and the lowest in the order of succession for the throne. He seems to be a charming and amicable young man at 24, well put together and successful in his social circles. He has his eyes set on the other Princes in the diplomatic group and when he's not careful, his arrogant and power-hungry personality surfaces under his calm demeanour.
